Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CrossWhirred. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use CrossWhirred.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Display names must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove ones that are.

Fair play

Races only work if everyone plays honestly. Don't:

• Use solvers, answer lookups, scripts or other tools to fill grids for you.
• Use multiple accounts, or arrange results with other players, to change ratings.
• Interfere with the site, overload it, or try to access other players' accounts or data.

We may reset ratings, remove results or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Puzzles you publish

You keep ownership of puzzles you make in the constructor. By publishing one, you let us store it, show it, and let anyone with the link play it. Only publish content you have the right to share, and nothing hateful, harassing or illegal. We may remove puzzles that break these terms.

The service

CrossWhirred is provided as is. Puzzles are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. We may change features, reset data during development, or have downtime, and we can't promise the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
